Part of the BOMA building classification system, buildings classified as Class B are located in fair to good locations found in major employment centers. They also need to have fair to good access to transits and vehicles. Characterized by average to fair maintenance and management, Class B buildings are less desirable than Class A buildings, and they are usually cheaper when it comes to buying or renting them.
